Her Parents: Eomund and Theowyn. They died when she was about seven, so obviously, seeing as how we don't know much about Eowyn's early childhood, we don't know much about how her parents treated her. We can assume they were loving parents, because really, if they were in any way abusive or dysfunctional, we would know about it. Despite being young when they died, she was obviously devestated.

Her Brother: Eowyn and Eomer obviously have a loving relationship. We don't see them interact often, but when we do, it's obvious that there's a great amount of love and understanding between them. Many times in their life, they have been all that the other has had; the death of their parents, and the fall of Rohan are two examples of such times. Also, whenever Grima lays his eyes on his baby sister, Eomer has a tendencay to go somewhat insane, as we can clearly see in The Two Towers film. As I said before, it's obvious that they love one another.

Her Uncle: Obviously, there's love between Theoden and Eowyn as well. However, he ma have a tendency to hold her back, despite thinking that he's protecting her; she can obviously take care of herself, but Theoden still insists on doing it for her. Despite this, she still loves him - when Grima is poisining her uncle's mind, she and her brother long for nothing more than to bring him a slow, painful death. When he dies, Theoden calls Eowyn "dearer than daughter" - obviously, he loved her too.

Her Cousin: Theodred we don't know much about, or his relationship with Eowyn. However, seeing as how he seems to be an alright guy, and that Eowyn is quite upset when he dies, we can assume there was love between them, too.
