Eowyn is the only female character in LOTR who we ever get a really good look at, character wise. At first, she may seem icy and cold, but she's actually very complex. I won't get into all that here, but I will say that I think Eowyn is one of the most complex, strong, and interesting characters in Lord of the Rings!
